Diana has a Master’s degree in Guidance and Counseling from Northern State University of SD and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a concentration in Addictions Studies and Criminal Justice from Minot State University of ND. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with the state of North Dakota. 

Diana has over twenty years of experience working in early childhood education both as the owner of a group childcare facility and director of a large child care center. While working and completing of her Master’s degree, Diana interned with a faith-based drug and alcohol recovery center for two years prior to joining Anchor Christian Counseling in 2008.

Diana specializes in working with children 12 years old and up and families concerning behavioral issues connected with trauma, learning disabilities (ADHD), and conflict management. She also provides group, couples, and individual counseling. Diana has worked with clients who are victims of emotional and sexual abuse, adult children of alcoholics, grief, depression, anxiety, adult attention deficit disorder, impulse disorders, addiction management, along with a variety of adjustment disorders.

In addition, Diana provides psycho-educational presentations to local educators on the topic of learning disabilities and to children, both grade and secondary ages, on the subject of good mental health strategies.
